UI Designer

Job description

  • Create amazing and intuitive interfaces for our games.
  • Creating visual mockups, documentations and wireframes to illustrate UI layouts.
  • Ability to integrate final assets into the game.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and designs with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to resolve technical restrictions in your designs.
  • Ability to critique your own work constructively as part of the iterative process.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in the video game industry (with at least 1 completed project)
  • Good understanding of the many requirements and steps involved in delivering a high quality UI experience.
  • Proficiency with mockup tools (such as Pencil, Balsamiq, Adobe XD,…)
  • Experience working in a team environment. Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, B2-C1 English level required – conversational and written.
  • Player/Development experience with RTS games is a plus (especially Age of Empires)

Job description

Art Producer

Job description

  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Develop and track schedules, manage assets, identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and risks in the schedule, and troubleshoot communication and schedule dependency problems.
  • Delegating/tracking tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks & projects.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to content release road map, budgets and schedules.
  • Manage the flow of assets and information between teams and team members.
  • Work with art outsourcing partners to coordinate external art asset production and integration.

Qualifications

  • Management experience in the video game industry (with at least 1 completed project delivered)
  • Project Management/Leadership skills and concepts, capable of coordinating through complex projects
  • Experience working in a team environment. Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, B2-C1 English level required – conversational and written.
  • Experience with DevOps software such as Azure is a plus.
  • Player/Development experience with RTS games is a plus (especially Age of Empires)

3D Animator/Rigger

Job description

  • Animating human and non-human characters (bipeds and quadrupeds) for our games.
  • Rigging 3D models (high- and low poly) for characters, clothes, armor sets, animals and other assets.
  • Ability to follow art direction and create assets fitting the overall style of the game.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and designs with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to critique your own work constructively as part of the iterative process.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in the video game industry (with at least 1 completed project)
  • Excellent understanding of form, shape, structure and silhouette regarding modelling.
  • Proficiency with industry standard tools (such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender,…)
  • Experience with Marvelous designer, Substance designer/painter, Vray is a plus.
  • Willingness to try new workflows and tools.
  • Experience working in a team environment. Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, B2 English level required – conversational and written.
  • Player/Development experience with RTS games is a plus (especially Age of Empires)
  • Portfolio that showcases character work is required.

UI/UX Engineer

Job description

  • Working in a C++/C# codebase on a custom (legacy) engine.
  • Implement UI layouts in cooperation with the UI/UX design team and artists.
  • Maintain and develop UI features for our games.
  • Regularly debug, profile and optimize code.

Qualifications

  • Proven C++/C# experience
  • Experience with WPF is a plus.
  • 2+ years experience in the video game industry (with at least 1 completed project)
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • B2-C1 English level – conversational and written.
  • Player/Development experience with RTS games is a plus (especially Age of Empires)
  • You will be asked to partake in a technical test to prove your skills.
