Producer – DevOps

Job description

  • Work with internal and external teams (Production, Engineering, Localization, Certification, Quality Assurance,…) to coordinate tasks, resources, and dependencies, including features, content updates, iteration, and DevOps, with a focus on both quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and track schedules, manage assets, identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and risks in the schedule, and troubleshoot communication and schedule dependency problems.
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team to outline overall project goals; work with other leads to complete projects.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to content release road map, budgets and schedules.
  • Facilitate team communication and ensure timely dissemination of information.

Qualifications

  • Management experience in the video game industry (with at least 1 completed project delivered)
  • Project Management/Leadership skills and concepts, capable of coordinating through complex projects
  • Experience working in a team environment. Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, C1 English level required – conversational and written.
  • Experience with DevOps software such as Azure is a plus.
  • Player/Development experience with RTS games is a plus (especially Age of Empires)

Lead UI Designer

Job description

  • Work closely with design and engineering to establish UI development pipelines and feature requirements.
  • Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical restrictions in designs.
  • Coordinate and oversee the creation of amazing and intuitive interfaces for our games.
  • Guide a team of designers & artists to reach your design goals in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Job description

  • Working in a C++/C# codebase on a custom (legacy) engine.
  • Implement UI layouts in cooperation with the UI/UX design team and artists.

  • Regularly debug, profile and optimize code.

Qualifications

  • Proven C++/C# experience
  • Experience with WPF is a plus.
