Producer

Job description

  • Work with internal and external teams (Production, Engineering, Localization, Certification, Quality Assurance,…) to coordinate tasks, resources, and dependencies, including features, content updates, iteration, and DevOps, with a focus on both quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and track schedules, manage assets, identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and risks in the schedule, and troubleshoot communication and schedule dependency problems.
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team to outline overall project goals; work with other leads to complete projects.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to content release road map, budgets and schedules.
  • Facilitate team communication and ensure timely dissemination of information.

Qualifications

  • Management experience in the video game industry (with at least 1 completed project delivered)
  • Project Management/Leadership skills and concepts, capable of coordinating through complex projects
  • Experience working in a team environment. Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, C1 English level required – conversational and written.
  • Experience with DevOps software such as Azure or JIRA is a plus.
  • Player/Development experience with RTS games is a plus (especially Age of Empires)

Málaga, Spain OR Working remotely. (EU/US time zones required)

Art Producer

Job description

  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Develop and track schedules, manage assets, identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and risks in the schedule, and troubleshoot communication and schedule dependency problems.
  • Delegating/tracking tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks & projects.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to content release road map, budgets and schedules.
  • Manage the flow of assets and information between teams and team members.
  • Work with art outsourcing partners to coordinate external art asset production and integration.

Qualifications

  • Management experience in the video game industry (with at least 1 completed project delivered)

  • Experience working in a team environment. Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, B2-C1 English level required – conversational and written.

QA Tester

Job description

  • Assessing the functionality of various parts of the game.
  • Ability to clearly communicate issues to a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to systematically go through software to verify functionality.
  • Ability to Design and execute test cases, scenarios, scripts and procedures.
  • Adhere to QA guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • B2/C1 English level – conversational and written.
  • Scripting experience is a plus.
  • Player experience with RTS games is a requirement (Age of Empires experience a plus)
